Payment Settlement
No-Syndicate provides a platform that facilitates payment settlement between Customers and Merchants. While we act as a payment agent, No-Syndicate does not guarantee or warrant the quality or condition of the products, as they are owned by the respective Merchants listed on our platform. No-Syndicate disclaims any liability regarding the quantity, specifications, or offers of the products provided by Merchants. Customers should carefully review product details and Merchant guidelines before making a purchase. By placing an order on No-Syndicate, Customers acknowledge and agree that any charges or payments not debited due to system errors, based on the selected payment method (e.g., Bank Account, Credit Card, etc.), may be subsequently debited by the payment gateway or bank from the Customer’s available funds or credit, including but not limited to:
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises between a User and a Merchant, the User may file a complaint. Users are encouraged to attempt to resolve issues directly with the Merchant before escalating to a complaint. When a complaint is filed within the prescribed timeline, No-Syndicate may withhold payment to the Merchant pending resolution. In cases where the Merchant rejects a return request and the User files a complaint, No-Syndicate’s Complaint Management Unit (CMU) will mediate between the parties. If the resolution favors the User, a refund will be processed once the product is returned to the Merchant. If the resolution favors the Merchant, the User is not entitled to a refund.
User Protection Process
The User Protection Process is designed to assist Users who are unable to resolve disputes with Merchants or are dissatisfied with the resolution provided. Users must file complaints within 48 hours from the delivery date of the product. Any damage or loss to the product occurring after this period is the User's responsibility and is not covered by the User Protection Process. In cases where the Merchant cannot provide a refund or replacement, No-Syndicate’s platform team will actively work towards a resolution. Filing a dispute does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement. No-Syndicate and its CMU will verify the validity of claims and process only those deemed genuine. Decisions made under this process are final and binding on all parties.
Information Disclosure
No-Syndicate reserves the right to disclose any information, including the identities of users, as necessary to comply with laws, regulations, or valid governmental requests. This may involve disclosure in connection with investigations of illegal activities or in response to court orders or subpoenas. Users authorize No-Syndicate to disclose information to law enforcement or government officials as deemed necessary for investigating potential crimes, especially those involving personal injury.
Marketing and User Data
To enhance user experience on No-Syndicate, we may use data about users' favorite brands or products. With user consent, we may place cookies or similar technology on their devices to display personalized content. No-Syndicate may use users' personal data, preferences, and transaction details to inform them about relevant products, services, special offers, discounts, promotions, events, and competitions via email, web, text, phone, or through our call center.
Step-by-Step (SBS) Installment Plan
For purchases made using the Step-by-Step Installment Plan:
- The customer’s credit card limit will be blocked by the product's full price, though only equal monthly installments (EMI) will be charged as per the selected plan.
- Orders are valid as long as the product is in stock with the merchant.
- EMI applies only if the payment method selected is a bank credit card.
- Installments billed on the cycle date must be included in the minimum payment by the cardholder.
- If the cardholder pays less than the minimum amount on the due date, they are liable for service fees or charges as per the credit card terms.
- If the cardholder cancels the SBS plan, a pre-closure penalty of 5% of the remaining loan amount or 2000 units (whichever is higher) will be charged.
- The bank reserves the right to accept or reject the conversion of transactions to the SBS plan.
